IT Operations Engineer · Identity & Access · Automation

Identity & access management, SaaS administration, and the low-code and AI-assisted automation that eliminates manual provisioning work and enforces least-privilege access. Currently securing and scaling IT operations at Peddle.

IT ops engineer who turns manual provisioning into automation that runs itself.

I'm an IT Operations Engineer with nearly three years of experience securing and streamlining IT operations across Okta, cloud, Linux, and Windows environments. At Peddle I own identity & access management for 400+ users across 200+ applications — running the end-to-end provisioning pipeline (Airtable → BambooHR → Okta → Tray.io → downstream SaaS) and administering platforms like Okta, Slack Enterprise Grid, Salesforce, Talkdesk, Intercom, and JumpCloud MDM org-wide.

I'm at my best when I can replace a manual checklist with an automated workflow — a low-code job in n8n, a Claude-backed Slack agent for diagnostics and access requests, or a parameterized runbook so the next person doesn't need to call me. Before IT, I studied biology, which taught me to debug systems carefully and document everything; IT just gave me better tools to do it with.

Jul 2025 — Present

Own identity & access management and SaaS administration org-wide under role-based, least-privilege models — and maintain the automation that keeps IT operations running at scale.

  • Administer IAM for 400+ users across 200+ applications in Okta using SCIM provisioning, group rules, and role-based / least-privilege access.
  • Own the end-to-end IAM provisioning pipeline (Airtable → BambooHR → Okta → Tray.io → downstream SaaS), automating onboarding/offboarding and closing access-review gaps.
  • Build low-code automation with n8n — scheduled Slack reporting and batch notification jobs — to replace repetitive manual IT operations.
  • Develop AI-assisted tooling, including a Claude-backed Slack agent for diagnostics and automated access workflows, plus reusable parameterized runbooks.
  • Administer SaaS org-wide: Okta, Slack (Enterprise Grid admin), Salesforce, Talkdesk, Intercom, Jira, Airtable, Snowflake, and JumpCloud MDM.
  • Manage a macOS fleet via JumpCloud MDM — certificate and token lifecycle (APN, ADE) and OS patch policies.
  • Run recurring user and license audits, comparing internal records against third-party exports to surface missing MFA, inactive accounts, and unauthorized access.
  • Migrated 100+ offshore email domains to the corporate (EPO) domain to centralize administration and reduce attack surface.
